What's included with a Season Pass?
Your Season Pass includes unlimited access to all water park attractions, slides, wave pools, and lazy rivers. You'll also receive exclusive discounts on lodging, dining, and retail purchases.
How long is the Season Pass valid?
All Season Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can use your pass as many times as you'd like during this period.
Can I share my Season Pass?
Anytime and Family Passes are transferable between immediate family members. Weekday Passes are non-transferable and require photo ID verification.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase and before the pass has been used. After 30 days or first use, passes are non-refundable but can be transferred.
Are there any blackout dates?
Anytime and Family Passes have no blackout dates. Weekday Passes exclude federal holidays and peak summer weekends (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
Can I upgrade my pass?
Yes! You can upgrade from a Weekday Pass to an Anytime Pass at any time by paying the difference. Contact our guest services team for assistance.
Do children need their own pass?
Children under 3 are free and don't need a pass. All guests 3 and older require their own Season Pass for water park entry.
Can I use my pass at any Great Wolf Lodge?
Season Passes are valid at the lodge where purchased. However, pass holders receive a 20% discount on day passes at other Great Wolf Lodge locations.
